Class info: The Touring Chocolatier hosts 2 hour truffle making classes complete with recipe demonstrations. They will show participants how to roll truffles and dip them in tempered chocolate, then decorate each one to taste in a variety of ingredients.

Each person goes home with a dozen handcrafted truffles. All materials are provided: aprons, food-handling gloves, chocolates. Light refreshments (chocolate food & drinks) served.
