Massive Italian Market Eataly Is Apparently Coming To Dallas

Great news for those who love authentic Italian food: Eataly is apparently coming to Dallas. It took just a few hours after the rumors began to circulate around the metroplex for the official confirmation from Eataly about its entrance into the Dallas Fort Worth market. Italian food junkies now have reason to rejoice in Dallas because one of the hottest global food concepts that has opened in only a handful of U.S. cities will be here soon. Eataly is a concept created by Italian businessman and investor Oscar Farinetti. He was inspired after traveling across Italy’s 20 regions to find the best local growers and producers of cheeses, meats, olive oil, breads, and pasta. The first Eataly opened in Torino in 2007 and the first US location opened in New York City in 2010. “Dallas is a city that we have always had our eye on,” said Nicola Farinetti, CEO of Eataly North America. “It’s an important, diverse, and cultural city — perfect for Eataly. During the various times that we’ve visited, everyone on our team liked it.”

NorthPark Center, considered one of the top malls in the country, has a deal with Eataly.

The NorthPark store will open in 2020 and it looks like it’s going to be in an amazing space. Featuring three levels, the store will have an interior escalator and will be located between Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. Two levels of Eataly will be located inside the mall and a third level will be added to the top for a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

The name Eataly is a combination of two words eat and Italy. ” “Eataly is about eating Italian food, living the Italian way,” their website says.

Eataly Dallas, LLC was registered on April 16, 2019 in Delaware.
