BEST Burgers in Dallas Fort Worth

Burgerim – Lewisville

One of the best burger restaurants out there. Burgerim has amazing feedback and replies on their Facebook page. We really like this image of two burgers on a metal serving tray overflowing in melted cheese.

Cindy says: “GREAT burgers. They are made to order with fresh ingredients. The fries as well. I have seen posts of the menu being pricey; we didn’t find that to be the case at all. We will definitely come back! Much better option than the drive-thru windows. I think you can order online as well. ENJOY!”

Silva’s Mexican American Restaurant

If you are looking for a great American and Mexican restaurant. This is it. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. Silva’s is one of those hole-in-the-wall type places that once you try it, you’ll surely be back for more of this local secret. The owners are friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their face.

The burger you want to order at Silva’s is called the Cely’s Burger. It is made when you order and gets rave reviews from guests. Be sure to try out their full menu.

Restaurant is located with easy access to I-35 in Lake Dallas next to a liquor store. Silva’s is a simple place with minimal signage and marketing. Great food!!

Beck’s Prime

If you are looking for a good time go to Becks Prime in Dallas. Your money is worth every bite. Texas Monthly named it in the Top Ten for Best Burgers in Texas.

Now grab a tissue, because you’re gonna need it while reading this review from Kimberly:

“Good deed touched my heart. One night a couple of weeks ago, my friend and I placed an order from work. We signed up with our e-mail addresses online and received a coupon each for a free sandwich. So our order included 4 sandwiches and a bunch of other stuff. We were starving! After we placed the order, we got extremely busy, so a couple of hours later we still had not picked up the order. We called to see if they could deliver and were told that this location did not deliver. Before we hung up, we asked what time they closed. They said 10, and it was 9:47. We asked them not to dispose of the order yet, that we would figure something out. A few minutes later I was able to get away, so I headed over, expecting cold food and a melted shake. When I arrived, the manager behind the counter told me they had disposed of the order. My heart sank. Then he said, “But we remade the entire order, and it’s on the house.” I didn’t understand, so I said, “Wait, what?” The previous exchange happened again 2 more times, before he finally said, “After you just called, I called back to clarify something, and I realized that I was calling a hospital. Obviously you guys must have been doing something very important to leave your meal sitting here for hours. So we remade it, and it’s on us. Go enjoy your food!” I cried, said thank you, and asked for a hug, which I got. And I cried the whole way back to work. It was the kindest thing anyone has ever done for me in my career of ER nursing, and we both greatly appreciated the heartfelt recognition of how important it is that we do what we do every day. Thank you guys so much! It may have taken me a while to tell the world, but I have been telling everyone I know ever since. And I cry every time.”

Jesus, someone quit cutting onions.

Denton Independent Hamburger Company

This is where local Dentonites have been hanging out since forever. Known for their great burgers and top notch customer service, Denton Independent Burger Co definitely needs to go on your bucket list of DFW burger restaurants.

Jeffery says: “I received a coupon for this establishment at the school where I work. I went in search of a sinfully good burger that would meet all the criteria. Denton Independent Hamburger Company exceeded my expectations. The monstrous slab of meat was juicy, not overcooked, and very tasty. The just as monstrous portion of melted 😀shredded cheese (thickly shredded) was as weighty as the meat. The bun was soft and thick and the veggies fresh. The fries? LORD HAVE MERCY! I live in Gainesville, but in the future, when I think “burger”, I will swing by Denton Independent Hamburger Company after school and do it again. Only complaint……..now I can’t move very well.”

The Bearded Lady

If what you’re looking for is to have a good burger and beer, then come to Bearded Lady in Fort Worth. The hamburger shown here is their Surf and Turf burger and it’s a whole meal by itself.

Zack says: “If you bring a valid ID you will have one of the best experiences you can in this city, and metroplex at large.

The curated beer list, rife with experimental new styles and tried and true staples, local favorites, national brands and superb imports is complemented by the elevated pub grub found on the menu. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, led by the ceaselessly involved owner, Shannon.

Easily one of my favorite places in Ft. Worth, and even Texas. A true gem.”

You took the words right out of our mouths, man

off-site kitchen

Pure American restaurant that you will want to visit. This place is famous for their burgers.

Justin says: “Randomly chose this restaurant with my best friend on a day trip to Dallas. We could not be happier with our choice. Staff was friendly and efficient, order was filled perfectly, and the gold sauce is perf. It’s so satisfying to find a nice little place that know how to make a sandwich. The bread, bacon, cheese to meat ratio was on point. Will definitely return.”

Country Burger

We love reading the reviews to find the best burgers in Dallas Fort Worth, just like this one from Julie:

“We both enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger w/ both fries & onion rings. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant & restrooms. We’ll absolutely be back to visit regularly.
An extra thank you to the gal taking orders (so sorry, did not get your name) she was positive, friendly & funny! Thanks again, Country Burger!”

Yes, we know. NOT a burger pic. But they had a Selena Day and that’s enough proof for us. Anything for Salenas!!

Dugg Burger

If you are looking for a great burger, this place is it. Imagine this burger in the palm of your hands. Ok, now snap back into reality and realize you can have it.

Erik almost didn’t believe his brother when he told him about the greatness of Dugg Burger. Erick, “When my brother took me here raving about it, I was skeptical, thinking just another burger joint. Man was I wrong. The set up, the preparation, the staff friendliness. Really made you feel at home! The food ingredients, they took you through the whole process, explained how they made all the sauces, and last but not least the food was amazing! Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time, oh and of course the fries were especially delicious.”

Hat Creek Burger Company

You’re gonna want to visit the location in McKinney, Texas.

Local favorite restaurant for great food in a family-friendly atmosphere (there’s a playground for younger kids and outdoor seating). The burgers are absolutely to die for. The staff are welcoming and everybody is welcome here. Holy Cheeseburger!

The Grape Restaurant

Romantic, quaint restaurant located in Dallas that won’t leave you disappointed. Even picky-eaters will find something to eat here. Take note to try The Grape’s French and Mediterranean take on burgers.

Maria says: “This place is in a great part of Dallas. It’s an older building and has kept an eclectic old world European vibe in the decor. The menu is just the right size. It has something for everyone. Foodies and picky eaters will find many options; everything from French & Mediterranean selections to burgers. The charcuterie is house made with a great cheese selection. The monthly specials are something to look forward to. I had the moules (mussels) frites & grilled artichokes. I literally caught myself saying “mmmmmm” with every bite. The food is chef driven and service excellent, but the portions are bigger and the vibe is just cooler than high end white linen places. If you want a great meal and dining experience at a fair price you must go!”

Pop’s Burger Stand Waxahachie

Pops Burger Stand is an award-winning restaurant located in Waxahachie, TX. It is known for their amazing burgers.

You can get an inside look at local restaurants by reading their reviews. We like how Pops Burger Stand responds to their customers in a professional manner. Kyle says: “Food was great! Never been here before, or stayed in Waxahachie ever before. Came across this place on yelp and decided to check it out. Kids burgers were good, they loved the fries. I had the low n slow, was a great burger, the bbq sauce really complemented the burger well, not a lot of sauce (which was nice). Onion rings were a little greasy for my taste but were still good. Definitely worth a stop if your in the area looking for a good burger.”

We hope you found that amazing burger to satisfy your hunger in DFW. Let us know what we left out.
