On Monday, Governor Abbott announced a gradual reopening of the Texas economy. He said that restaurants would be allowed to reopen, but they would have to limit their capacity to 25%.

Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission confirmed on its website that “restaurants may also continue to use expanded to-go and delivery options” that were allowed after Texas’ safer at home orders were put into place.

It’s not clear when alcohol to-go service might end. Never?
