Texas Music Revolution 24 Festival, {POSTPONED, DATE TBD}

Headlined by Lukas Nelson (that’s Willie’s son) & Promise of the Real, the Texas Music Revolution & Rodeo is one of the premiere Americana Music Festivals in the nation!

This year, the 24th installment of the legendary event, on March 20-21 includes 2 days of iconic and up-and-coming artists featured on KHYI 95.3 the Range PLUS bull-riding, a Ferris wheel, and a petting zoo at Plano’s breathtaking Oak Point Amphitheater.

Texas Fly Fishing and Brew Festival, CANCELED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS.

Make plans now to attend the fourth annual Texas Fly Fishing & Brew Festival (TFFF) on March 21-22, 2020, in Plano, Texas.

This one-of-a-kind, family-friendly event will be held at the Plano Center approximately 20 miles north of Dallas, with easy access from Route 75.

The indoor/outdoor venue means that attendees can have the best of both worlds: Attendees can check out a myriad of fly fishing manufacturers indoors, attend various lectures on techniques, and topics interesting to fly anglers of every stripe.

Then step out into the Texas sunshine to taste some of the Lone Star State’s best micro-brewed beer.

Plano Wine Walk at Willow Bend, POSTPONED UNTIL MAY

Grab your besties for a brand new event – the Plano Wine Walk at Willow Bend! Plano Magazine invites wine lovers to a fun evening sampling multiple wines while escaping the winter weather inside The Shops at Willow Bend.

Attendees will purchase a ticket to receive their collectible glass at check-in, and taste at least 15 different wines at participating locations throughout The Shops at Willow Bend.

All featured wines will come from small, boutique wineries.

Wine Walk tickets are $20 when purchased online before the event, and $25 when purchased at the door.

Plano ArtFest, April 25-26

Plano Artfest is a FREE community event built around artistic inclusiveness, creative curiosities, and cultural connection.

The 2020 festival will include a week of community art programming that culminates in a one-day festival in the Downtown Plano Arts District.

There will be live music by Contemporary Space and others, performances from local arts groups, contemporary art installations, a makers market of craftsman and artisans, art demonstrations throughout the day, and much more.

2nd Annual Plano Race to Brunch 5k & Brunch Fest, April 25

Join us for BRUNCH! The festivities for the 2nd Annual Plano Brunch Festival are kicking off at 8am with the RACE TO BRUNCH 5K Presented by O’Neil Wysocki – Family Law!

Race to Brunch 5k will start at The District at the Shops at Willow Bend!

The course will take you through the perimeters at The Shops at Willow Bend where you’ll end at the finish line with a mimosa toast and brunch treat!

Get all the SWAG! The 5k registration fee is only $30 and includes a chip-timed course, a Race to Brunch T-shirt, an AWESOME finishers medal, a Race to Brunch swag bag, and a mimosa and brunch treat at the finish line!

The Brunch Fest kicks off after the 5k at 9am and everyone is welcome!

Taste and dance your way through Plano’s second annual margarita tasting celebration!

Get an early start on Cinco de Mayo with performances by ballet folklorico dancers, a mariachi band, and a Latin party band.

By voting you will be signed up for a raffle to win prizes!

Beatles Night, May 9

It’s Beatles Night at the Red Tail Amphitheater in Oak Point Park! Let It Be your favorite night of the year!

A Hard Night’s Day is one of the best known Beatles cover band in the North Texas area.

Beatles fans will appreciate that A Hard Night’s Day has played at the Cavern Club, the Kaiserkeller in Hamburg, and recorded in Abbey Road Studios in Studio 2.

This makes them a bona fide “tribute” band with clout. With a catalog of more than 200 songs, they give an in-depth, genuine Beatles experience.

Picnic baskets, coolers, blankets, and lawn chairs are welcome. No pets, please!

Adults are $17, seniors are $14, Kids 6 to 12 are $12 and kids 5 and younger are free.
