Celina started her health journey when she was 28 years old. As we all know, life is full of ups and downs. When Celina was overwhelmed last year by a serious family issue, she decided to start a “stress loss” journey. Rather than give in to the depression, she decided to join Shapes Fitness and lose the “weight” that she was carrying on her shoulders. She met seven strong and supportive women who all wanted to focus on becoming our best, which led her to training with Janette Laura. Celina says Janette “has helped me change my body and my mindset, as well as shed my stress, by helping me tap into my inner strength. She helps me push myself to leave all the stress as drops of sweat on the gym floor. I’m happier, healthier, and getting some decent muscles…win, win!!”
